Topalanchik was active in many Penn State groups. For three years she participated in the Alumni Relations team for Homecoming and the Alumni Relations committee for THON. She danced in THON her senior year representing University Choir. Topalanchik served as public relations director for La Vie, president of University Choir and the president of PRSSA. Her presidency of PRSSA was during the first full year that the Penn State PRSSA chapter was a fully ratified chapter.
With 20 years of experience in consumer product and business-to-business communications, Meredith Topalanchik combines a passion for media and client relations with a strong creative voice. In her role as senior vice president, at G&S Business Communications, she leads public relations programs for Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, Jack Daniel’s and also supports the agency's staff development, mentoring and recruiting. Her previous experience at CooperKatz includes driving a broad range of initiatives for clients such as the Association of National Advertisers, Petfinder.com, Piaggio USA (manufacturer of the iconic Vespa® motor scooter) and Virgin Mobile USA. While an account supervisor at Alan Taylor Communications she worked with brands such as MasterCard and Home Depot. Meredith also spent five years as an at Freeman Public Relations, where she supported product launches for companies such as Fisher-Price and Jeep. In 2017, Meredith was named as a Top Woman in PR by PRNews.
