Social Media Case Study: University Park Undergraduate Association - PSU Votes

The Challenge

The UPUA student government tasked CommAgency with rebranding the PSU Votes initiative during the 2020 presidential election. The organization requested a new logo and refreshed social media presence to promote civic engagement and voting in the upcoming election with a heavy focus on educating students about the mail-in voting process. UPUA wanted a distinct look for its campaign that would include a new Instagram account.

The Outputs

CommAgency created the following assets for the client:

  • Logo: Redesigned PSU Votes logo with new color palette.
  • Graphics: New visual elements suitable for social media, Zoom presentations and infographics.
  • Instagram posts and stories: Social media content designed for driving engagement and growth of the account.
  • Brand guide: Set of standards and advice to empower UPUA in future campaigns
