Biography
Eunchae Jang earned her master’s degree in media communication from Yonsei University in South Korea. Jang is interested in exploring psychological and technological factors in the context of human-computer interaction and AI-generated media (i.e., synthetic media). On top of that, she would like to address concerns with ethics, trust, and inclusion when people interact with/consume communication technology and investigate the ways to mitigate negative effects. She also expects to study computational social science methods during her Ph.D. program.
In her free time, Jang enjoys watching dogs on YouTube, imagining herself having a dog soon.
