Hollywood production coordinator Danielle Ivancich ('11 Journ) will be the guest speaker of the November meeting of the Media & Entertainment Business Association, based in the Smeal College of Business. The Zoom session is open to all students.

Singer, rapper and writer Dessa, who has performed at Lollapalooz and Glastonbury, published a memoir and delivered keynotes at colleges and universities across the nation, will be featured in this free public event that is co-sponsored by the Josephine Berry Weiss Chair of the Humanities, the Center for Democratic Deliberation, the College of Liberal Arts, the Humanities Institute, the McCourtney Institute for Democracy, and the departments of English, media studies, philosophy, and women’s, gender and sexuality studies.
