Linsey Shea

As a sustainability consultant for 3R Sustainability, Shea leverages her career in sports events and production to advise the sports and entertainment industry on implementing sustainable best practices. Having received her MBA from the University for Nottingham, she focuses primarily on the development of holistic business strategies and operational implementation. Prior to getting her MBA, Shea was involved in the world of sports events and production, working with teams and companies such as Penn State, the NFL Network, Major League Baseball, Van Wagner Sports and Entertainment, CBS Sports and NBC Sports. During her time at Penn State, she worked as a marketing assistant for Penn State football, helping to create and implement successful marketing initiatives that have proven to be some of the most renowned game day traditions, including the annual White Out game. In 2011, she moved to live remote broadcasts as a production coordinator for the NFL Network on "Thursday Night Football," ultimately managing the day-to-day operations for TNF. She has extensive freelance experience in the world of events and broadcasts, managing production and site operations for events such as the Super Bowl, World Series, NFL Draft, March Madness and "New Year's Rockin' Eve."
