Page researcher writes new article on bottom line impacts of controversial positions

November 18, 2014

Melissa Dodd of the University of Central Florida has published an invited article in MediaBistro’s “PR Newser” about her work, done with co-researcher Dustin Supa of Boston University, and supported by a grant from the Arthur W. Page Center. See her article here.

This is based on the academic paper by Dodd and Supa in the current issue of Public Relations Journal about the impact on the bottom line when companies are associated with positions on controversial topics such as gay marriage, health care reform or emergency contraception.
